This project faces the historic HaAliya Market, now a vibrant urban space within the Country Club complex. The residential building features a commercial ground floor that shapes the renewed public area. Our proposal includes conserving the historic structure while adding three and a half floors.
The project emphasizes revitalizing the surrounding public space, with a design concept that highlights a clear distinction between the new addition and the original building, achieving a harmonious balance between heritage and contemporary design.
