King George 22, TLV

The historic building located on the corner of King George and Rashi streets, is a striking example of the architecture of the international style in Tel Aviv. It was built in 1935 by the Birenbaum family and designed by Abraham Berger and Yizhak Mendelboin architects. Recognized for its inclusion within the UNESCO-designated 'White City,' this strictly conserved A-listed structure is subject to the highest preservation standards. The planned interventions will include the addition of an elevator, revitalization of its interior spaces.
