Balfour - Allenby, TLV, Yappo Residency 

The project at the corner of Allenby and Balfour streets in Tel Aviv aims to preserve the historic three floors of the building while adding new floors, covering a total area of 2,200 sq m. The proposed design highlights the horizontal lines in the building facades, which is a signature of the building's architects, Genia Averbuch. The conservation and addition to the historic building will ensure its longevity and contribute to the preservation of Tel Aviv's architectural heritage.
