Balfour - Allenby, TLV, Yappo Residency 

Documentation, conservation and an addition to a historic building in the streets corner of Allenby and Balfour in Tel Aviv. the project includes the conservation of its historic three floors and an addition of new floors, all together in an area of 2,200 sq m. The suggested design emphasis the horizontal lines in the building facades, a known signature of one of the building’s architects- Genia Averbuch.
