Beit She'an Mesillot

City planning for a new neighborhood in West Beit She'an. The plan, commissioned by the Ministry of Construction and Housing of Israel, offers new construction in the city outskirts in accordance with the new master plan. The planning principle empowers the existing river "HaKibutzim River" aiming to evolve around it a set of public areas and mixed uses while using the river to create connections between the existing neighborhoods, creating a range of spatial typologies and activities that suit local needs in the city. The plan incorporates principles of sustainability applied to the local climate.
