Belkind-Levin Residence, Rishon Le-Zion
The addition of a new wing to a 1920's building in the historic city center of Rish Le-Zion required a thorough planning process that included documentation, conservation, and design. The eclectic details and historical assets of the house were fully documented, and the interior was adjusted to its new purpose as an office building for the City's Economic company. The new addition was planned for the rear of the plot, ensuring that the building's historical integrity was preserved while meeting the needs of the modern office space.
