Levontin St 18 TLV

The historic building located at the corner of Levontin Street and Ha'or Alley, is a striking example of the architecture of the early 20 th century in tel aviv. It was built in 1932 by Shlomo Galimidi and as planned by Dov Tshudnovsky. Recognized for its inclusion within the UNESCO-designated 'White City,' this strictly conserved A-list structure is subject to the highest preservation standards. The planned interventions will include the addition of an elevator, revitalization of its interior spaces, and an expansion of the ground-floor apartments by incorporating basements.
