Petah-Tikva Conservation Plan

Petah Tikva, also known as "Em HaMoshavot", established in 1878 as the 1st Jewish settlement in Palestine. The strategy of the preservation masterplan for the city, designs the future development of the city as an outcome of its of historical, cultural and human assets.
By integrating economic tools to support urban preservation, the plan ensures the area maintains its historical character while embracing modern needs. Additionally, it seeks to enhance the urban landscape and foster greater community involvement, creating a balanced and vibrant environment for residents and visitors alike.
